Hotel a bit old but very well managed by competent and proactive staff. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Jumbo to all those searching for value for money

1. The staff is so friendly, professional and helpful, deliver a quality customer service, special thanks to Mr. Joseph in the bar and to Mr. William in the restaurant. 2. The facilities are clean and very comfortable. 3. The food was excellent

Would suggest to improve in the All-Inclusive concept, i.e. very limited drinks.

The rooms were clean and well done linen,towels both room and pool were thoroughly cleaned,great room service.

The beach boys are a total putoff,early morning walk on the beach was a total nightmare...everyone wants to offer you services.

Beautiful coastal themed structures. Incredibly friendly, warm, helpful and competent staff from the start all the way to the end. Beautiful views of the ocean. Beautiful beach and access to it. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had.

We loved the food and the views.Great value for the money! Oh and very lovely staff.

Had a few issues with the check-in.Payment method was not clear from booking to arrival. It all got sorted out in the end.

Good location and good service

Claims to be 4 star but: Very outdated rooms No TV in the rooms Very weak, almost non-existent Wi-Fi Repetitive, unimpressive food in the restaurant Coffee doesn’t come under all inclusive outside of meal times Watamu is a very warm part of Kenya but the ac in the room doesn’t cool the room sufficiently

Despite the fact that we had reservations for 2 beds, they gave us one. After the proceedings, they gave us twin, but it was impossible to live in - there was a smell of paint. The administration refused to acknowledge that we had reservations for twin, despite the fact that this was expressly indicated in the reservation. The correspondence took a long time. Didn't receive any apologies. I don't think I'll ever book this hotel again.
