room is spacious and clean beach is stunning

didn’t know that the resort has such a restrictive visitor policy. couldn’t bring any friends into the resort.

It’s very close to the sea. There is a manager who provides information on tours and activities so you don’t have to deal with negotiating with the Beach Boys.

Reception isn’t welcoming and made mistakes on our payment. One of the beds were not made when we arrived. The beach bar is basic and to have a cocktail I had to go all the way back to the restaurant. At some point we were asked not to take breakfast to the terrace outside the restaurant whereas the terrace was completely empty. It is connected to Jacaranda so we were asked to move our sun beds so as not to take their space. Jacaranda seems to have better facility (e.g., spas, better beach bar). No one helped with luggages when we left despite that we informed them of our departure.

A nice place in Jackaranda. Its little out of Watamu, accessible only by dirt-road. But because of this, you are less disturbed by beach-boys. Nice sea and confortable sunbeds. Not crowded at all. Very fair price! Italian managers Angelina and Massimilianl are really open and helpful.

- No phones in the room, have to use my own airtime to call reception so I can get simple things like towels - No hairdryers in the room, and you won’t get one either if you call reception - on the app check in is 5 pm (and so I was told even after messaging to come early) but on location checkin is at 3, so decide which is which

Beach

1. Very very far From watamu Town 2. Road leading there is very rough 3. Rooms were dated 4. On check out, we were assured that all bills were settled only to be called later after we had left and told to pay smh. Was quite unprofessional

Food was good (liked the pasta-corner) Beach was clean They are tryng their best but can't do wonders.

Its an old property which just reopened and needs a lot of renovation. Pool might have been nice but taken over by kids (started to wake up the surrounding rooms by 7 am). Its a rather small beach but full of beach-boys (which are rather aggresive) If you dont have your own transport, be aware that the property is outside Watamu.
