The host was very accomodating and understanding, he changed my room to the other resort they own as I wasn’t happy with my choice. My stayed went from bad to great thanks to him, however room and place need major improvements that don’t depend on him.

The small budget room can’t be considered a room and it feels more like being put in a locker. Shared toilet is not in good condition, neither clean. Definitely, do not book that room unless you are 100% of what you are choosing. The other rooms were acceptable, however for the price a bit more care would be appreciated. Hospitality from the hosts is 10, care from the company that owns the place is 3 at maximum

The garden outside was nice and the view amazing. And it was close to walk to the main street.

The door didn't lock and close properly, the wind blew it open during the night. The bathroom had lots of ants. There was no staff around at all. No scooter rental.

Abit outside the "city". Really hard beds (but that's common in lombok) the hot water was rather cold
