They have hot water and extra blankets for cold nights. The receptionist was friendly. They had scooter rental available.

Rooms were basic, they could use a makeover.

The location is outstanding. Just a few hundred meters from the center of town and the markets and restaurants but off the main street, this hotel is ideally located. It's an easy walking distance to Pergasingan Hill and a short scooter ride to the other hikes in the valley. It also has a fantastic view of Rinjani. The hotel grounds are beautiful with gardens and flowers all over.

The room is simple; you get what you pay for. There's no wifi on the property except in the restaurant. The rooms aren't well insulated, so if you have noisy neighbors, you'll hear them. Despite this, I would stay here again for its location alone.

Sembalun is quite expensive, but this was still a very small and basic room for the price.

The accomodation is in a very central location to hike Mont Rinjani or Pergasingan Hill. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was pretty basic but clean and enough for a short stay and it was in a pretty garden area. The breakfast which was included was nasi goreng.

the location and grounds are fantastic with views to mt Rinjani. The garden is lovely and the owner and staff are above friendly and helpful . we loved it .
