The position is just 15 min walk (and a lot of stairs) to the center. The shared terrace is nice.

Where to start?… the room is humid with no windows and the bathroom smells of humidity. The room is made from a bigger apartment and you have only a door separating your room from the other guests. You can hear them if they snore or fart. Absolutely not a good stay. Overpriced and unpleasant.

Nice view that was private. Beautiful flowers on terrace. Fridge provided and aircon was great. Chargers near bed head. Tv was nice.

Distance from beach was not as described (more than 60 steps). Towels only replaced every three days which resulted in dirty towels that didn’t dry for two of the nights as the beach is dark grey/black. No breakfast included but only some utensils provided (eg a plate but only paper cutlery, no bowls or tea towels/cloths to clean up). Toilet is uncomfortable and bathroom smells for a while afterwards even with the fan on. Shower has small sections of black mould in it.

Excellent location, perfect views and host was one of the most helpful hosts I ever met! Helped us with transfers, boat and scooter rentals! Highly recommend!

Relais Il Sogno di Positano was the perfect pick for our 2 night honeymoon stay in Positano. The views are stunning and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings during the evening. The location is a little further from the beach and main road so there are a few more steps to walk up but the views are totally worth the climb. We were allowed an early check-in and the staff were easy to communicate on Whatsapp and in-person.
