Great customer service, clean room and bathroom, the have a free luggage storage area for customers which is a huge help and the communication with the owner was excellent.

We got wet under the rain also our 4 luggage pieces (2 backpack and 2 rolling bags) so most of our clothes were wet. They have a big closet but we used that space for other clothes items so I recommend you to purchase a clothing rack for future customers walking during a rainy weekend or week. Too many steps going up and going down the stairs in Positano so I recommend to future clients to bring light weight luggage.

The view was absolutely amazing. It was nice having a hot pot and coffee.

Everything was very well thought of and presented, and there were plenty of free snacks and juice which isn't provided usually. Ah and the view! Margherita from the accommodation company was very helpful and attentive! Gave us a lot of instructions and advise

We loved the views! It really felt like a retreat for us. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I loved to be able to chat with staff on WhatsApp and she was very helpful to give us places to eat, wheere to rent a scooter, etc...

Our room neighbors on either side of us knew each other and since the outdoor areas were connected, they would meet and talk. That felt a little intrusive and unexpected.

Great view for a good price! Well equiped room with a nice terrace. The host was very helpful.

The terrace is not private, parking isnt possible around the house.

To go up the room there were 50/60 very steep steps which was not mentioned on booking.com when booking the place. The room had a bad odour and the bathroom had white annoying lights. The sink was not draining water. The bed was actually a sofa come bed with very stiff and uncomfortable mattress. She made us check out at 10am instead of 11am just because the cleaning lady was only available in the morning, in fact at 9:45am the cleaning lady was already there . In all fairness in the description that there are these never ending steps steps to reach the place, and paid an extra cost to the porter to take our suitcases up. We really regretted booking this place , it was totally not worth the money we paid , we do not suggest this place to anyone.

View was very nice. Of all exploring we did in Positano, this was the best view. You can see the whole Positano landscape and take memorable photos.

We enjoyed the large balcony that overlooks the sea . We stayed on the h20 for 3-4 people . Two levels , beautiful ocean views from room . Kitchen fully equipped to cook meals . Stove microwave refrigerator. Other rooms had washer machine ,land freezer . Ours did not . No owner at property you will need to get what’s up app to contact her. They will request passport of all persons staying in room before you go . I recommend you do that or it will delay your checking in. We had flowers from a wedding - I had laid out to dry, maid did nicely put on vase . She meant well , so that was thoughtful.

Lack of access when you run out of towels or toliet paper. We were charged a daily cleaning fee . No one came until we asked . She changes sheets . But no toilet paper replaced . We had to borrow from a neighbor .
