Large room, nice bathroom and comfy bed. There is a spot to store your bags after checkout which was a great benefit for us. Host was very responsive.

Loads of stairs - which you would expect for Positano. But if you have large bags, this may not be the spot for you. Walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbours quite clearly.

We absolutely loved the location and the amenities. The view from the balcony was superb!

It would have been great to have more than 1 towel each, especially for a 4-night stay.

Great communication and always very helpful. They helped us to book restaurants and made sure we had transportation. Beautiful location, slightly out of the way being up a few flights of stairs. The climb was always ok and wasn’t too strenuous. Would definitely stay again!

Listing did not disclose that it was 2 stories and the bathroom was downstairs next to the kitchen. No accommodations whatsoever. They provided 6 sample travel pk shampoos that was picked up from another hotel. Place smells like sewer, couch was dirty and overall, it lacks the cozy feeling of a high end property. Way overpriced for what you pay for. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very spacious and clean room with a beautiful view located in a very quiet/peaceful area. Room is as advertised. Raffaele had excellent communication and was extremely helpful. He provided picture directions that helped us easily locate the hotel. Self check in was well explained and easy. We arrived by car which worked well and the stairs were easy to navigate even with our heavy suitcases. We left by ferry via the port (approx 25 min walk) and it was a bit of a hike down to the water with many stairs but manageable even with our heavy suitcases. There is a porter service to get bags down to the port if you prefer (we preferred the exercise challenge). Both my daughter and I felt very safe walking around even late into the evening. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend.

Great location

The view is 10/10 incredible. The host was lovely, very easy to get in contact with and incredibly helpful. We wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else!
