Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend Our stay here was nothing short of a nightmare. The listing is completely misleading: 1. The distance from the city center was falsely advertised. It claimed to be 3.2 km, but in reality, it's much farther. 2. The cleanliness was appalling. The level of filth is beyond words—absolutely disgusting. You wouldn’t want to sit on the floor, let alone feel comfortable in the space. 3. The rooms reeked of sewage, making it unbearable to stay inside. 4. One of the bedrooms didn't even have a proper door, just a plastic curtain—totally unacceptable. 5. We arrived at 2 PM only to find the place in complete disarray; no cleaning had been done. Yet, we were told to check out by 11 AM for "cleaning purposes." What a joke! I let the photo with the "door" from one of the bedroms. Some plastic with to sides doors, and over the doors open space. Unacceptable.. I absolutely do not recommend this place! Stay away!

Very spaceous apartment, very clean. The beds are comfortable, in the kitchen you have everything you will need, also the bathroom is nice as well. The communication with the owner was extra, they gave me all the instructions and a few reccomendations as well. When it comes to location, personally it was perfect, because the flat is located in a quiet nice neighborhood with cute italian houses, with a bus stop nearby (2 min walk), to the bus that goes to the center in 15 min ride. The accomodation is not for you if you want to go everywhere on foot, walking, without public transport because it is not close to the main attractions. Or, it is if 50 mins walk is okay for you.

The location

The host was incredibly helpful with parking, recommendations and general doubts. The check in is extremely easy and the location was great. Because of the ZTL we had to leave the car is the street but is the place is really close to the center. The beds were excellent and the sofa bed felt like a regular one.
