Large apartment, well equipped. Good bathroom and very clean.

Bit unclear whether we had the right carpark but not a big problem .

Casa super spaziosa, noi eravamo in tre. Pulizia e cordialità dell'host. Posizione distante dal centro ma ben collegata con i mezzi ed ottima per chi ha un concerto al parco caserme rosse

Great space and the house was in excellent conditions. They even let you some oil for cooking.

There were no sponges to clean the dishes and when we asked the person whose contact we have they said they would come to fix it but never came

Der self check-in mit individualisiertem Code war sehr praktisch, da wir erst sehr spät angekommen sind. Wir konnten problemlos in der ruhigen Straße vor dem Haus parken. Der Vermieter hat uns netterweise auf den Parkautomaten (ab 7.00 Uhr) aufmerksam gemacht. Wir hätten aber auch in 300m Entfernung kostenlos parken können. Die Kur-bzw. Touristentaxe in Höhe von 5,80 EUR pro Tag/ Person mussten wir separat überweisen, da dies nicht über Booking läuft. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war die Ausstattung der Küche ausreichend. Die Klimaanlagen haben super funktioniert. Das Bad mit Waschmaschine war großzügig und modern.

Blisko apartamentu jest bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket. Mieszkanie jest bardzo duże, a okolica spokojna. Łóżka duże i wygodne. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Jak pojawił się problem gospodarz od razu reagował. Dopytywał czy wszystko w porządku i czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Przy kolejnej wizycie skorzystamy z tego mieszkania o ile będzie wolne

Bardzo fajnie położony 30min spacerkiem od dworca, zaraz obok przystanek autobusowy. Apartament czysty, zadbany, świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo duży plus fakt, że właściciel pozwolił zostawić bagaże o 11:30 nim apartament był posprzątany dzięki czemu można było spokojnie zwiedzać Bolonię :) Kontakt z właścicielem świetny, dopytywał czy wszystko w porządku i dawaj polecenie gdzie zjeść, co zobaczyć :)

Confort. Pas de clef, juste un code d acces personnalisé. Très pratique quand on est nombreux. Beaucoup d échanges avec le propriétaire.

Pas d information préalable de la city taxe de 5,80euros par personne et par jour. Ca augmente bien le prix de la chambre.
