The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and conveniently located next to HonorHealth Thompson Peak Hospital, The Mayo Clinic Scottsdale North and City of Hope. My brother was in HH Hospital. I chose this hotel because of its location. I am so happy I did. When I arrived, I was alone, scared and very upset. I was greeted by Edward at the desk. He was kind, friendly, helpful and he genuinely cared about how I was. Through the 2 weeks I was there, he became a friendly face. He asked how I was, helped me with the madness of rebooking my room every few days (i didn’t know how long I was staying) and became someone who made me feel comfortable and not alone during a hard time. He and ALL of the staff at the hotel were amazing. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and having the full size fridge and kitchenette were helpful. The laundry room is a nice touch. I actually needed it twice. I will be back in a few weeks and I will 100% rebook again. I can’t thank everyone here enough. The hotel is far enough from the freeway that’s quiet, but close enough that’s it quick to hop on to get places. Immediately adjacent to the hotel is a Panera Bread, QDoba, Nail Salon and a few other services. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Edward, for everything!

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. The staff went above and beyond to help during a very stressful visit with family in the hospital. Edward in particular was great.

Great room would stay again. I like a full breakfast and not a full continental breakfast. That’s important to me!!

La comodidad de las almohadas y cama

El servicio pésimo y grosero de un joven de nombre Scott. Les explico brevemente su poco empatía y su falta de compromiso con el cliente y con el hotel. El día que llegamos como a las 8.00 pm donde ya tenía reservacion con Booking del sábado 19 al miércoles 23 de julio de 2025. Como a las 9 o 9.30 pm marcó mi esposa a recepción para solicitar la clave del WiFi del hotel a lo que teníamos derecho al pagar y ser huéspedes de este hotel; contesta Scott y dice que ya es noche, que por la mañana averiguaremos ese tema y que el desconocía la clave o la forma de conectarse??? Me molesté bastante cuando mi esposa me comentó lo sucedido bajé de inmediato a recepción para hablar con este muchacho Scott; estuve como cinco minutos diciendo en voz alta su nombre Scott y nunca salió dejando sola la recepción. Al día siguiente como a las 8.00pm llegamos cansados de hacer compras en varias tiendas y se nos antojo un café descafeinado y no había vasos de cartón a la mano para servirnos el café, al ver que otra vez estaba este muchacho Scott en recepción decidí no preguntarle, le dije a mi esposa que no le preguntará nada para evitar otra respuesta desafortunada de su parte y evitar hacer coraje, optando su servidor por subir a mi habitación pero desgraciadamente mi esposa si le preguntó por que si le podía proporcionar un vaso de cartón ya que deseaba tomar un delicioso café y su respuesta fue nuevamente desafortunada, le dijo que en la habitación había tasas y que subiera y tomará una tasa y bajara de nuevo a servirse café🫣😲 De verdad un trato pésimo desde un principio de este joven. No vuelvo a llegar a ese hotel solo por el comportamiento de empleados como él. Todos los demás empleados excelentes! Espero que Gerencia del hotel tome medidas drásticas contra Scott ya que no se si sea así con todos los huéspedes o solo con nosotros por ser Mexicanos que decimos pasar unos días de vacaciones de forma legal!! Had to pay for parking!

My stay here is always nice. I didn’t not like how the front desk lady signed me up for a rewards account without asking my consent. She was not welcoming and asked me a lot of questions that I thought was part of the checking process and then I receive and email regard my new account. That was the only negative.
