It was just around the corner from the hospital where my husband had knee surgery. Very convenient and comfortable during a difficult time.

Zander, Edward and Kekoa were all very helpful in making our stay wonderful. This was my second time staying at this location and it was great both times. The staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The location is great for appointments to Mayo and there are plenty of food options nearby. Overall, a pleasant experience.

This our go-to spot in Scottsdale; dog-friendly, convenient location on the north side of 101, clean, nice rooms and great serice.

Property was perfectly located for visiting our family. The room was spacious and we loved the pool. Breakfast was plentiful.

No shade in parking lot

First walk in and it was booked in the wrong place. This is not the one that I booked on the booking. dot com and somehow switched to this. And when we went there and we told her that we wanted to cancel it, she got a call about someone having a smell in the room and she was rude and didn't even handle that customer well, and then, when we said that, you know, I wanted to go to the one with Jacuzzi, because of my bad knee and she says, well, it won't hurt my feelings. If you go anywhere else, it doesn't matter. She was very off-putting. And even if the other one didn't work, I wouldn't have wanted to stay there

We didn't even stay there. She said she canceled it, but the pay the my account was still charged. So I need to have that removed, and I'm working on that. The overall service of your place sucks. Especially that front desk, lady.

Great new property

The sink had mold in it, and the room had a funny smell when we walked in. The doors were squeaky and creaked and the blankets were scratchy and rough.

The facility was very clean, quiet and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything needed. I would recommend 100%
