The Ruck Hotel

Bel hôtel. Pas suffisamment de personnel au niveau du bar restaurant. 2 jours avec les mêmes soucis pour passer commande et être servis. Sinon, le prix du parking me semble excessif si le client a déjà une chambre et le petit déjeuner. En dehors ok.

Dommage à ce prix là d'être réveillé toute la nuit par l'ascenseur... De plus avec les travaux l'hôtel est difficile d'accès à l'arrivée et également au départ..

Super hôtel, très bien situé avec le métro juste à côté ! La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner était délicieux !

Un lieux à connaître tant autour que dedans car on s'y sent bien

Steps from the metro stop. Large fenced perimeter and welcoming modern entryway. Rooms are quiet, average size, and comfortable for resting after a day of wandering Lyon.

Tres bien et propre

the weirdest place I have ever stayed. service was sporadic and they are weird with their food service. Sometimes close early sometimes they dont serve room service at all even though it says 24/7. There is no restaurants anywhere around this place either. very industrial feel inside but theoutside gardens are very nice. One of the night desk person was VERY RUDE. dont think I'd stay again. breakfast not great for the money but where else are you going to go?

Very clean and updated, easy to park and nice to have a restaurant on site (although hours are a little strange). Our shower did not have a rubber stopper on the bottom, so the water would flow into the main bathroom area.
