Service au restaurant brouillon. Ça court partout mais sans efficacité. Peu de service client. Les miettes, entre deux clients, balayées de la table vers les chaises qui deviennent sales… Rageant quand on attend une corbeille de pain qui ne viendra jamais. Qualité des produits au petit déjeuner très discutable. Dans la chambre, des tabourets et une petite table ronde. Difficile pour y travailler. Murs marqués. Mais propre. Le service de nettoyage est parfait.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit à trois, et le moins que l’on puisse dire c’est que l’hôtel est très agréable, moderne, propre, calme et la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel très avenant. À recommander, si vous êtes de passage à Lyon.

Bonjour, malheureusement le chauffage de la chambre 137 ne fonctionnait pas. supportable, mais bon... Pour une famille en vacances, la fin du petit-déjeuner à 9h30 le matin est trop tôt.

I liked that the hotel and room was unique and it was overall a good experience. I did not like that the restaurant was not available for dining because it was reserved for some events on multiple days during my stay.
