Das recepcionistas do dia 20/11, muito simpáticas, gebtis e proativas.

Das recepcionistas do dia 19/11. Chegamos, ficaram empurrando o serviço uma pra outra. A que resolveu atender passou um valor muito acima do booking, tivemos que esclarecer, blz. Chegando no quarto, ar não funciona, pedimos auxílio e foi uma novela. A recepcionista foi pouco educada e insistia que devíamos esperar um técnico terceirizado ir tentar arrumar o ar, e que isso ia levar mais de uma hora. No final das contas uma outra funcionária agilizou e nos trocou de quarto. Fora isso, o valor é absurdo pelo que oferece, mas nesse caso, a culpa é da oferta e demanda, já que a cidade quase não tem opções.
