Breakfast service needs previous notification. Two blocks from el Malecón you will find this beautiful colonial styled Residence which has 4 suites and an apartment. The accommodations features a lounge where you can enjoy our open bar, board games, TV and music. A Solarium where you will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets while you relax in the Jacuzzi. A dining room where a full American breakfast is served in front of an amazing view. Wi-Fi available in the whole property. Electronic key to enter the facility and digital code to access the room and two lovely friendly kittens, Luna and Camila. There is a coffee shop, and a grocery delivery service is also available. The accommodations also offers a elevator, luggage storage space and tours for guests. Guests at the bed and breakfast will be able to enjoy activities in and around La Paz, like cycling. "Très belle maison pour un séjour en famille"

La décoration de la maison et de la chambre ont beaucoup de cachet. La chambre est grande, très bien équipée et le lit très confortable. Situé à deux pas du malecon, c'est calme et l'accès au malecon très facile.

"An enchanting home away from home in La Paz"

EVERYTHING! The house is stunning, a hidden gem of peace and quiet decorated with artfulness and love, with incredible views over the city from the different terrasses. The level of comfort is perfect. The owner Giuseppe and his team really made us feel like we were at home. We had various activities planned outside that required we leave really early, and regret we could not spend more time at the Residence to enjoy the place and learn more about the story and decoration. Finally the Residence is amazingly located: 3’ away from the Malecon and 10-15’ walk from loads of trendy coffee shops, restaurants and plazas. We will undoubtedly come back. Thank you Giuseppe, Carla and your team for taking such good care of us.

We had a great stay at Residence Las Flores. The location is great, close to the beautiful Malecón but away from the busy noisy area. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. The property is beautiful also.
