Breakfast service needs previous notification. Two blocks from el Malecón you will find this beautiful colonial styled Residence which has 4 suites and an apartment. The accommodations features a lounge where you can enjoy our open bar, board games, TV and music. A Solarium where you will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets while you relax in the Jacuzzi. A dining room where a full American breakfast is served in front of an amazing view. Wi-Fi available in the whole property. Electronic key to enter the facility and digital code to access the room and two lovely friendly kittens, Luna and Camila. There is a coffee shop, and a grocery delivery service is also available. The accommodations also offers a elevator, luggage storage space and tours for guests. Guests at the bed and breakfast will be able to enjoy activities in and around La Paz, like cycling. Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area. "Will stay here if I will be back to La Paz"

The property is stunning and we spent a lot of time taking pictures in it. There are so many interesting collections everywhere and 2 cute cats. The breakfast is delicious with great ocean view. Didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub on the top floor but the water temperature is good.

The hot water took a long way to arrive at the shower and there are some flies like bug inside the room.

Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Rooms were large and comfortable. The entire place had a traditional Mexican feel

Only given one key to enter. Two would have been better. There was an honor system bar, but prices were high and there were no mixers. Better to bring your own

The owner and staff were easy to reach and made us feel well-taken care of. The property is charming and unique. It was more like being welcomed into someone’s home than a hotel. The Malecón, shopping and food options were within easy walking. We enjoyed our stay in La Paz!

"Charming oasis of warmth and beauty"

Our stay at Residence Las Flores was a very hospitable experience for us. From the informative greeting upon arrival to the lovely rooftop breakfast, to the snacks and drinks provided during your stay, they have really dialed into something magical. The space is furnished beautifully, with multiple patios where you can enjoy a coffee, read a book, play games, etc. amongst lush greenery.

There really was nothing to complain about.

"A hidden gem, we will return"

The breakfast was excellent and healthy, the place. had a very nice atmosphere with shared facilities such as balconies and spa pool, but always space from other guests. The location is slightly away from the crowds which si my preference but it is a short walk to the centre if required

Not much to dislike. It was winter so hard to complain about the lack of a pool, but the beach is 5 minutes walk at the most. I found it easy to relax there and the staff are helpful and discrete.
