Residence Las Flores

I came with 2 guys and we rented 3 rooms. We were in La Paz to fish and dive and see what the dining scene was about in La Paz. When we arrived we were so happy with our accommodations, which were large and clean and had nice linens and towels, and our host/owner Giuseppe and his staff. They treated us as family and friends and helped us figure out where to eat and how to get around. And those breakfasts atop the residence with endless 270 degree veiews were an amazing way to start the day. And the Jacuzzi too one level down was teh perfect was to end the day watching the sunset over the bay of la Paz and the mountains beyond. We will be back.

Amazing owner, added special touches throughout the stay. Breakfast was the highlight. Large room, beautifully structured building.

Attention to details! Itailan owner built and lives in the main house. Very friendly and helpful with his staff.. the room has everything you need.. Breakfast in the morning in a room with a view of the bay was a treat!! The cook makes you something different each day. His Italian restaurant 2 blocks away is fantastic.

Unique property. Like owner & staff especially Karen. Personalized service. Classy property not sure if I'm in Mexico or Rome.

No balcony

This boutique hotel is charming and unique. The rooms are very private and the common spaces beautifully appointed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect. Close to the Malecon, restaurants, and the city center. I highly recommend this lovely property.

Nice room with nice furnishings although a bit crowded with all the stuff. Loved having a fridge and sink in the room. Loved having not one but two coffee makers with assortment of snacks and plenty of water all complementary. Breakfast was good, although very limited choices. Nice sitting area with lovely view of town.

1. Air conditioning is extremely loud and given that it was very hot, we had to run it all night and so did not get a good night sleep. 2. Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have options. Same fruit bowl and yogurt was served everyday. The lady who served us was very lovely. 3. The thing that unfortunately completely turned me off is that because of the heat, I was unable to do any activities and felt crummy so just wanted to take it easy in the room. The owner showed up at my room to ask about getting it cleaned. I told him “we don’t need room cleaned”. He responded by saying that is not okay and that as part of our stay we had to have the room cleaned. I was so surprised to hear this and told him it would be har d for me to leave the room given how I was feeling. After he confirmed that I was sick, he was willing to let it go. I could not believe how pressured I felt to have the room cleaned. There were way too many rules to follow in this property. I would never stay there again.

Great location, unique property with lots of amenities, amazing staff!

The property had a great location and a warm inviting feel. The staff was extremely friendly, Nice and helpful. The in room amenities with snacks and drinks was a really nice feature as well as the honor bar. The room had all you can drink coffee, which was also a very nice feature. Also, the breakfast included was delicious. This property was well managed well-maintained and extremely comfortable. The location was great close to the Malevon and plenty of restaurants and activities. The only thing that would’ve made the property any better was if the rooftop pool/Jacuzzi was a little bit warmer. Other than that it was an exceptional place
