WoodSpring Suites West Palm Beach

The first room smelled strongly of mold, so we had to ask to change rooms. During our stay, no one came to clean the room, and we had to ask for toilet paper and towels because there weren't enough for the guests.

There was a lack of maintenance in the rooms, and we couldn't access the hotel Wi-Fi—we were unable to connect, even though we were on a business trip.

Friendly staff

Uncomfortable bed- felt very cheap and mattress was awful. Smelled in common areas and location felt a little sketchy. We nearly booked elsewhere but roughed it out for one night.

It is located in a good place

Toddler up till 3:30 am. while parents slept in the room above me. Staff could care less the floors were covered in dirt. Would not give me a partial refund. It was the only hotel that had a room near where I needed to be, or I would have found a different place.

That it was tucked in back , you can not hear the traffic
