Tru By Hilton Traverse City

Fee for pet was not well explained and was more than it should have been.

Absolutely horrible front desk staff, no mention about anything, breakfast, room number, where the elevators were located, literally nothing... Then I we got to the room and find the bathroom utterly disgusting. This was my first time stay at a Tru by Hilton hotel and if this is what they look, it will be my last.

The facility is overall clean and spacious and the rooms are large and comfortable. There is ample parking. The pancakes, and the granola cereal is fantastic! Thank you!

There was mold on the bottom of my shower. I stayed here twice in two weeks at different time. The first time I had a bench in my room which was helpful. The next time, I didn't. The pillows - because they're thin, four would be better. That's being far too picky, I know! But here's the thing that would really REALLY help. The signage to get to your location - there is none off the main road. We see you off to the side, but where is the turn-in. There is no lighting and at night - forget it.

It was very clean, good breakfast, very quiet at night. The staff was friendly & helpful.

The pillows were terrible, very, very soft. The beds were too soft as well.
