"Grouchy front desk/rooms cheap/massive Hilton fail"

Atrocious front desk staff. Young blonde woman was incredibly rude and downright ugly towards us at check in. I don't know why she was in such a foul mood, but just ridiculous! Will NEVER stay there again.

Front desk staff, room was a huge disappointment - dirty, cheap furniture, uncomfortable bed. Lousy experience!!!
