Lofy house

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. Out of the three rooms we booked, only one resembled the photos on the booking site. The other two were filthy, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like what was advertised. The customer service was equally appalling—no one spoke English, and the staff relied on a translation machine. On top of that, they w asere incredibly rude and unhelpful. The entire hotel was in disrepair. The halls and stairways were disgusting, with layers of dust and strange stains everywhere. One of our group even had an asthma attack because of how bad one of the rooms was. The worst part of the stay, however, was the invasion of privacy. The manager entered one of our rooms, where two of us women were staying, multiple times without permission. He even came in while we were sleeping, which left us feeling extremely unsafe. Initially, those of us with the worst rooms moved to a different hotel, but after the privacy violation, we all decided to leave. This was hands down the worst experience any of us have ever had in a hotel, and I would strongly advise against staying here.

Location was perfect, big spacious room and quiet.

Old, smelly interior, run down and although bedding seemed clean I’m not sure the last time everything else was cleaned.

Only redeeming factor was that it was a 5 minute walk to the sea.

The property was completely different than what was advertised. The room was old with clear damage and was not the white, clean room that is shown in the property images. The main issue was the bathroom as it was dirty with spots of what I assume is mould on the toilet and the large shower head was covered in black gunk which clogged most of the holes. There was also gunk and hair on the inside bathroom door hinge. The aircon leaked water during the night, after only being on for 5/6 hours, onto my items below and so was unusable for longer than a few hours, which made the room feel warm and stuffy. The property was unresponsive when I contacted them regarding the room being different to what was advertised.

Excellent location just by Black Pork Street and a stone's throw from the market and shopping areas in old town. Seafront walk just across the street, too.

The room (and especially bathroom) looked like it could have done with a better clean/was in need of a deep clean. Not horrible, but not ideal. Check in was a bit of a nightmare as the self check in machine was broken and the only options given were Korean numbers. Another guest helped me figure out how to contact the staff using a remote machine and then I managed to check in after having waited for 45mins for someone to come to the front desk.
