Comfort factor missing. completely bare floors, rugs would have nice. Missing blind to kitchen window, a little uncomfortable at night. 2 towels per person for a weeks stay. Poor bedding.

Excellent location and apartment comfortable

No sound proofing between units and a loud domestic argument in middle of night in adjoining unit was very disruptive and scary to the point of nearly ringing police

Noisy at late night. Entrance stairwell unpleasant and dark. Unpleasant smell on entering the apartment.

A fun and funky little apartment, right off the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Very cute! The kitchen set up is very nice. Public parking is nearby.

The shower didn’t drain very well, and the coverlet was not clean. The entry area/hallway of the building is a little rough looking.

Super location, near beach, shops, restaurants and very close to car park with EV chargers. Very well equipped kitchen with good sized washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Very comfortable king-size bed. Folder with friendly advice on flat and nearby attractions.

Shower water very slow to drain away. Loud noise from others in the building coming and going in the early hours kept me awake Saturday night/Sunday morning. Surprised to discover there was a full stove top and oven but no microwave.

Great location, close to everything but still quiet & peaceful

The house is very close to the beach, and the apartment is very quiet~ The room, kitchen, and living room are very spacious and comfortable~ I spent three days there with my children and we will come back again if we have the opportunity

I paid upfront, but they requested an additional large amount for a security deposit & then charged me 250 pounds - almost R6000.00 because they found trace dog hairs, despite me informing them we were traveling with our dog who spent the night in our Hymer van. It is about the bottom line - money - with no care or consideration of the stay & then taking large amounts of money without justification - just don't work with them. Go direct. These folks don't care & will take you for anything they can. You will see below that they penalized me for pet hair, without presence of a dog, our girl Bowie was placed in our campervan, but because we carried a pet in on our clothing we were charged 250 pounds. After requesting the justification for the amount & refusing to pay, they deducted the amount anyway without supplying costs to remove any hair, or providing me with the information for the justification of this amount. I see that they are now stating that they had to cancel a booking which is another fabrication, there was no dog, there was hair that was carried in by two guests who interact with dogs, so god forbid you are visiting guests to have a dog or a cat then go back to this booking because they will charge you R6000.00, i.e. half my monthly rent. This 3rd party is attempting to make money over & above the booking.com monies for their client & any reason to capture monies from their 'safety deposit' is the goal or they, as a third party, don't make money. Please take this into logical thinking this is a profit/bottom line driven business that really does not care about return guests but only how much money they can take off of overseas guests before they return home. It is pretty vile, but it is what it is. Just don't engage with helloguest.co.uk
