"Good stay"

8.0

Animals onsite, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, cozy and nice environment. Very peaceful and quiet location.

The shower unit seemed to have deteriorating sealant with (I believe) some mould in some areas. The shower tray seemed a little dirty and stained. Found someone else's hair in the bed (not mine or my partner's).

"The hut itself is cosy but requires attention in numerous areas"

5.0

The views esp with the lambs. Comfortable bed. Over all a good layout/ use of space.

Little to NO hot water during our 3 night stay (thank god to always travel with dry shampoo!!), it was reported and Charlotte did come out to us and said it would be looked into and informed we could use the separate ablutions in the block to the back of the hut but was really less than ideal. Pillows need replacing no support or comfort provided (ashame as the bed was so comfy!) The main door has a loose handle, an inch gap at the bottom where the door seems to have warped which on an evening let a cold draft through and the thin door curtain Blowing in the wind throughout the night. The door curtain could maybe replaced with a thicker one..?
