Pasifai Residence - Chania old town

The location was amazing! The accommodation was just as good! Highly recommended!

The overall apartment was beautiful with an amazing view of the harbor. It was well stocked. We felt right at home and comfortable from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. Konstantinos was responsive to us as needed and informative about surrounding resources (post office, phone store, restaurants, etc.).

We had a tough time finding the location. We did not realize a taxi would not take us there from the bus station. Apple Maps would not recognize the hotel name. We ended up in some neighborhood way out of our way after a long journey trudging along with our gear and when we got in touch with Konstantinos he did not know where we were. Finally, we switched to Google Maps and was able to meet Konstantinos who was so gracious in helping carry our luggage and leading the way to the apartment.

We liked everything about Pasifai Residence. The location is perfect and the view is breathtaking. We were there for 3 weeks--and used the apartment and Chania as our homebase for exploring. Konstantinos was a superb host--his assistance with getting us and our luggage to the apartment and then back to our driver at the end of our stay was such a help. We are two senior travelers and so appreciated the assistance. His suggestions for restaurants and places to go were all excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean with every amenity we might want--including a welcome bottle of wine, cake, and fruit. We had considered having friends join us for part of our stay since the apartment is two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but we are glad it was just the two of us. We enjoyed having the extra room and not sharing our space. We were sad to leave--and hope that our travels bring us back to Chania and Pasifai Residence.

Very attractive property and a great location with fabulous view. Konstantinos was helpful, as I have difficulty with mobility issues and carrying things. He met me and helped me into the place, as well as helping on departure. He gave good recommendations for restaurants and beaches. He was easy to reach. Really nice location. OK

The kitchen is very nice and there are plenty of dishes, but the place could definitely benefit from some new pots and pans, frying pan, knifes, cutting boards etc. There was no toaster which travelers enjoy. Most people want to eat out in the many restaurants in Chania, but even making a very basic meal such as breakfast was a challenge. This would be an easy and inexpensive fix. I’m sure Konstantinos will take care of it. The front bedroom which is right over the harbor restaurants and bars has a spectacular view, but of course you hear noise from the cafés below. This never really bothered me but it can go on late into the night. The back bedroom is absolutely silent. Overall given the view which is spectacular, and the location I would say it is quiet and nice.

The location was excellent, in the old town, just back from the harbour front, so close to all the restaurants etc. The apartement was really comfortable, clean and beautiful. The hosts went above and beyond as we arrived and left at really inconvenient times.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Chania. The streets were beautiful, with many restaurants and shops, the views from the apartment were amazing and the apartment in itself was perfect. We had everything we needed, it was clean and nice and the host was really nice and responsive to anything we needed help with.

Excellent location in the heart of old town of Chania. Close by all the nice restaurants and bars. Pictures reflect perfectly reality. The host was very helpful and reliable, offering great advice in terms of dining and also providing the best transportation when needed.
