Konstantinos was a fantastic host! He was so accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment was in a perfect location in Chania Old Town, with a 10/10 view of the harbour and a 30 second walk to delicious restaurants and shops. Great place for 4 people.

We had a fantastic stay in Chania, and our host was exceptional! From the very start, Konstantinos demonstrated excellent communication, ensuring everything was in place for our trip and arrival. He kindly met us at the parking area to help carry our luggage to the apartment and provided the same assistance upon checkout, as taxis cannot access the old town. He also arranged our airport transfers and transportation to our next destination, making our journey seamless. His local knowledge was invaluable, recommending authentic Greek restaurants and nearby beaches. The location of the apartment is perfect. Situated in the heart of the old town, it’s a short walk through charming streets and alleys, with restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops just steps away. It’s also within walking distance to key attractions such as the fortress, museum, and lighthouse, making it an ideal base for exploring Chania. The apartment itself offers a charming view of Chania's port and has a quaint, homely feel. It's fully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay, including a washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Konstantinos even went the extra mile, generously providing toiletries, as well as welcome gifts like white wine, water, snacks, and fresh fruit.

While our experience was wonderful, I want to mention a few things that might matter to others. The apartment is located above a restaurant, so soft chatter can be heard in the evenings, even with the windows closed. Around 5-6 PM, you may also hear the clinking of bottles as they are collected by garbage trucks. The entrance to the apartment is next to the back of a restaurant, which can sometimes lead to slight odors outside, but once inside, the apartment is entirely free of smells. Overall, the location, hospitality, and experience were top-notch, and I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing location and well kept property. Clean and close to everything. At any time I could text and receive e an answer from the property owner. He even found a wheel chair I could use since my daughter broke her foot while we were on vacation.

The location and view from the apartment is amazing.. you are literally steps away from all the restaurants, shops and charm of Old Chania. And the million dollar view from the windows that look right out onto the harbor cannot be beat. The apartment was very clean with a well appointed kitchen and air conditioning in every room. But the best part of our stay was our host Konstantinos who checked in with us regularly both ahead of our stay and during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed and had many good recommendations on restaurants and connected us with a car rental service.

It’s hard to find fault considering the prime location. But minor nit is the second bedroom does not have a window so that room can feel a bit tight but the AC does keep a good airflow. The front entrance is in a small alley where the exhausts from the properties below and to the right are located so you make get a blast of warm air and some smells depending on time of day when you step out. Again some of this is to be expected given the building is literally part of the old town and it would not change our decision to rent here again.

The apartment was exceptionally appointed and as comfortable as a 5 star hotel. The host provided great communication and service, better than a valet in fact. Having a window and view across Chania Harbour was a cherry on already exceptional cake.
