BeMate is a great brand and the property is Amazing, Jeison at the front desk is a really cool guy. The amenities and upgrade promised by my GOLD Status in Expedia did not happen

The hotel is new and very modern as well as comfortable. The staff is great and they are very accommodating. Loved the place.

Receptionist team was great, very informative. The place was clean and the views are the best that you can ever see in the city.

Best service, they really take care of you. JASON was the man, whatever you need he will assist you day or night!! Crazy views from the top! Highly recommend

Spacious Clean and professional helpful staff

Jason at Be Mate in Medellin is outstanding . From the moment we arrived, he made sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Jason was always available when we needed help or had questions and was always cheerful and accommodating. He gave us accurate information about the city and its attractions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Jason's services to anyone visiting Medellin - he is a true professional! Thank you, Jason, for making our stay to Be Mate so memorable thus far! Not to mention the views, breathtaking.

Staff (Jason) was amazing, accomodating, helpful, full of ideas and recommendations. Hotel is new and everything is controlled with advanced technology. Best neighborhood in El Poblado very close to Provenza. 2 minutes walking from La pampa and san carbon restaurants, both amazing. The stay was above our expectations.

This was an epic fail. There are minor things that wouldn’t have impacted the visit but are nonetheless a low level of service. Two coffee pods for a 5 night stay is poor. Needing to pay to have towels replaced is poor service but I was willing to pay and the next day the house keeper took all of the extra towels I paid for. We arranged through their website for an airport transfer. It wasn’t arranged. Luckily I looked at it ahead of time. The staff was not particularly friendly and made no attempt to go above and beyond. There were positives. The room was beautiful. The rain shower was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the balcony. The location was good. All things I would have probably come back for. Then the last night happened. There was a huge water leak in the building resulting in water pouring out of the ceiling, down the walls of our room, ceiling and the corridor walls. There was water pouring into the lobby. I understand that things happen. Before I realized that this was more than just my floor or room I sent several messages to the front desk via WhatsApp. They would read the messages and never reply. Our clothing was soaked. No apologies were offered. No fix was offered and we ended up leaving hours earlier than necessary for the airport. When we checked out the front desk agent made a comment about us leaving towels on the floor. There wouldn’t have been towels on the floor if not for the two inches of standing water in our room

Great staff, always attentive and helpful with whatever you need. Been here a few times and will be back soon.

This property was very nice. The balcony and view was amazing. No smoking in balcony (not great). The staff was very friendly. It was close to active areas. Overall a great stay. Check out flexibility wasn't the best.
