It looked shabby from the outside but was updated and stylish inside. Comfortable beds, cable TV, high quality soaps, staff was friendly and attentive

The outside needed upgraded looks are definitely deceiving.

Very nice front desk, location was convenient to downtown, reasonably priced, no frills but met our expectations. Would return again.

Bathroom was cold, small room heater would have been nice.

The hotel had free parking

The hotel was very dirty, and the front desk staff were often unavailable, requiring a phone call to reach them. I waited over 30 minutes to check in and about 15-20 minutes to check out because staff were not at the desk. This was very inconvenient and not worth the price I paid. I believe the other reviews may be fake. It seems more like a 2-star hotel rather than a 4-star. Motel 6 is better.
