Bed was comfortable, parking close to room great. Amenities in room new and clean. Close enough to downtown.

Staff borderline unpleasant. Completely unresponsive to calls and emails (multiple over multiple days) ahead of trip. No smiles, made us feel we were inconveniencing them when we had to leave a night early (we were not asking for a refund, one of us was sick). Rooms completely new except for filthy carpets. Smelled very strongly of cleaning agents.
