We stayed as a family of four with 2 & 9 year old kids. good calm location. there are a few small restaurants and a small grocery shop nearby. Nice Modern amenities.

Hay que repasar mejor la limpieza bajo las camas. La información de la entrada el día de acceso es un poco confusa, sería mejor invertir el orden. Poner primero como se abre la.puerta de la calle y luego la puerta de la casa.

The layout. The location. And it was very clean.

Not well presented. Many many many communications regarding checking into the property. Lots of emails, WhatsApp messages, files posted on Google drive, and messages through booking.com. There was too much - too much - too much, and we couldn’t find the place and it was really difficult and stressful getting checked in. The property didn’t have simple things like a mat at the front door to wipe your feet on, no salt in the kitchen, no dish soap to wash a dish with, very light blankets and no extra blankets, and we were very cold and the heater didn’t work in the living room or in one of the bedrooms. This COULD be a lovely property.

Good quality apartment in central location. Received messages with how to collect the keys. The apartment is large, clean, and good quality. Has AC/ heating, towel, soap provided. Fridge/freezer, kettle, utensils, cooker, microwave, TV. Everything you need is there. Was comfortable for up to 4 people. Walking distance to attractions, port, restaurants.

Lots of e-mails before arriving about checking in which I had done, caused some confusion making me think I had not done something.

It is centrally located, but the streets are a bit shady during the night. Blackout curtain in the bedrooms are good. But these are the only good things. I would have enjoyed the place more if a fire extinguisher hadn't fallen from the wall almost hitting my baby in the head and if the house didn't have mold.

I have a list of good reasons for not going to this place, and photos too.: 1 -Fire extinguisher felt from the floor and almost hit my baby that was crawling. The admin of the place did not say A WORD about it. Not even one "we sorry for this". Nothing, regrettable. I dont recommend this place to anyone, specially if you have children, run! The place has a bunch of stuff about to fall from the walls. And the cherry on the cake: the maintenance of the fire extinguisher had passed for more than 1 yr. The homing administration that takes care of this place is a joke. 2- There is a lot of mold in the washing machine room near the kitchen-see photo. Disgusting. 3 - The kitchen window overlooks the place were they put trash. So if you want more light in the house ( and you probably will), you will have a quite unpleasant view. Bedrooms and living room also overlook weird and ugly places 4 -Nearby streets smell like pee. They are also full of bottles and rests of cigarettes due to drank people that enjoy the region during the night 5 - It is quite noise during some nights. Many bars nearby. 6 - CHECK-IN is inefficient. It looks like that you joined a escape room. They send you a google drive with info and 3 videos to watch at 3pm of the day of the check-in. And you have to watch the 3 to do check-in and park the car. Bizarre, I never saw this. 7- The cleaning is not super great. I found a sock and a plastic package below one bed on our first day. 8 - We don't care much for this last point, because there were so many worse points, but they don't leave any basic stuff as salt, coffee filter and sugar in the property. Also no tablets for dish-washer and sponge to wash dishes. You have to buy them allq

Vue désagréable ( parking sous-terrain de la résidence et mur) Humidité et odeur d'égouts dans l'appartement.

Fuite d’eau au niveau du ballon d’eau chaude. Odeur de moisissures dans le cellier.
