Le prix est extrêmement élevé par rapport à la qualité de prestation ! Les lits sont horribles! Des lits basiques IKEA matelas de 10cm de hauteur qui donne un mal de dos dès la première nuit! L’appartement ne dispose pas de prise dans la cuisine, donc on partait faire toaster le pain au salon 🤦🏻‍♀️ La machine nespresso Ne fonctionne pas, non seulement ils laissent pas des capsules à utiliser mais on est partit acheter nos propres capsules et ils se sont tous endommagés a cause de la machine! Donc on a du payer des capsules et du café dehors ! Aucune goute de détergent de vaisselle ni capsule pour lave vaisselle ni liquide pour lave linge on a du TOUT acheter pour faire notre vaisselle ! Mais la meilleure de tous c le jour du départ! Le propriétaire nous a informé qu’il fallait quitter l’appartement à 10h30min nous n’avions jamais entendu parler d’un check out à 10h30min de notre vie! On a quand même respectés parce que sinon on aurait été facturé plus d’argent ! 10h20min entrain de se préparer à quitter l’appartement , une équipe de femmes de ménage qui rentrent en groupe chez nous pour commencer le ménage en forçant l’accès à l’appartement sans prendre de permission et se mettent déjà à déhousser les matelas et frotter les lavabos 😳 on était hyper choqués 🤯 bref à ne pas refaire !

Sehr gute Ausstattung in der Innenstadt, sehr Komfort und neu.

Leider keine Terrasse o.ä., damit man gemütlich draußen sitzen kann.

The was a hidden cleaning fee not included in the original booking of 100 euros for our one night stay which works out to more than our actual booking fee. Their policy states that additional cleaning fee will only be applied if the apartment is left in a mess which ours was not. We were there for one night and left most of the place untouched. This was a huge surprise and completely unreasonable and when I questioned it with one of their agents they rudely blocked me and refused to give me any information around the reason for the exorbitant charge.

The pillows are too flat for our liking

Very clean. The staff were friendly and always ready to help . Would definitely stay there again.

Property if brand new or renovated with nice taste. Appliances in the kitchen and tv are very modern and new. The showers have good pressure. Towel were good quality.

It’s. Avery noisy area during night you can hear everyone shouting in the street even with the windows closed. Sheets and pillows are low quality. The house wasn’t very clean. There was nothing upon our arrival not even water. Usually for short stays you can find couple coffees, some sugar, maybe some water and things to get out of the way without having to buy huge sizes of everything for 4 days. We had to rush to the store to get everything, not even detergent to wash dishes. We have left lol the leftover soap, napkins, oil, in the house for the next guests but I have a feeling they will throw everything away. It’s a shame. They were very rude when we were leaving. We kindly asked if we could leave our suitcases somewhere until our time to leave and they were literally shouting at us “YOU HAVE TO LEAVE NOW”. There is in the policy a courtesy wait for guests that are finishing up packing. There was no courtesy, nor facilities for us.

Great location, very clean and well-equipped place and communication with staff was excellent. It was perfect for our family of four.
