It has a lot of space and the parking is very convenient.

The beds are too hard and uncomfortable. The guest shower leaks on the floor. The bathrooms need towel hooks and toilet paper holders.

Location and well fitted out. Surprisingly nice set up behind the door from the street

No bin bags provided There were worms in the space between shower and floor. Spiders in the room! Check in and out was hassle, not helpful staff People were shouting and lots of noise during the night. Random people ringing the bell of the apartment at all times of the day! Beds were very uncomfortable and towels didn't feel clean and nice. Very expensive considering all these problems

In the area: Some street noise from bars/ restaurants at night; In the Faro Airport flight path at some times of day - had a very minor impact on our stay In the apartment: Only one side of the hob working, and that was dependent on the weight of the sauce pan/ pan being correct Being picky by adding these things, but they would have been welcome: Spare pillows with covers More cutlery Washing up liquid Spare towels Welcome pack - including information on the area and condiments to facilitate cooking

Spacious and good location (a lot of good restaurants nearby) at the city center.

Nothing except they have to charge 50% prepayment upon confirmation of booking even they say "free cancellation". You have to claim refund of your prepayment in case you change your mind to cancel your booking.

Very good apartment.

There is no sign for the complex . Maybe you can put a sign with the name of the house in front of the door and you can see and find it easily.

Location is amazing and so central. Apartment is extremely clean and comfortable.

Check out wasn't until half 10 and we had a cleaner just walk into our apartment unannounced at 10. We then had people outside and cleaners standing outside for half an hour, which made us feel stressed and under pressure.

Location was amazing! so close to the centre. the shower pressure was lovely. love how they have so much kitchen essentials to use if need.

the main toilet seat was Broken keep sliding off. Informed the owner. everything else was good.
