Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Good place to stop on a road trip as lots of free on street parking and a cheap/quick uber into downtown. Close to German town which is beautiful room was lovely. Big and modern. Left my pjs in the hotel and the customer service to retrieve them was excellent Good location to be able to walk to the NYE free concert

"Overall think this was a great place to stay and had no big problems the whole week."

It had pretty much everything you needed to make food and plenty of dishes and silverware. Very convenient.

I stayed all week long and it just didn’t seem to ever have enough bath towels or hand towels in the common area where the supplies are kept. No paper towels for the room. I had to purchase my own but that wasn’t really a big deal because we have a grocery store right next door.

"New years staycation"

I was skeptical of the area at first because I’m a Nashville native but it was way better than I initially thought. 10/10 satisfied and I felt safe. My car was safe as well and I could see it from the balcony. The only thing I didn’t care for was the $20 parking but again worth it.

The room was extremely easy to access and cleaned perfectly. Any questions I had were responded to within 5 minutes. Would recommend this location to everyone we loved it and were able to cook meals using the stove top. Only a 7 minute drive from downtown and street parking wasn’t bad at all!

Excellent place to rest and enjoy your stay. There is no front desk and everything is done through the app which you communicate with someone on duty. I didn’t like that especially if you need something right away. There is only paid back parking as I got a ticket parking in front of the building like everyone else. The back parking just seemed weird and had one car the entire time. The neighborhood seemed sketchy in one side but safe and gentrified on the other. But, it was in Nashville. I enjoyed the stay overall

"Quick Pre Christmas Trip"

Absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Clean. All the essentials. Our remote didn’t work, I used the chat on app and someone was to us with a new remote in 30 minutes. Easy to get downtown. Will for sure stay at other Sonders in the future.
