A few landscaping features and something more than open refuse containers for a view would make your balconies more comfortable and appealing. It’s a cold feeling despite the warm Nashville weather.

The location and room is nice for the price.

The future of hotel stays! Perfect for our needs and a nice big room with everything we need. Davines toiletries are a luxurious touch. Everything was well considered and we would def stay there again.

Our teen complained about the sleeper couch not being very comfy. It’s not a very central area but at least it was close to a big supermarket and Germantown and 30mins walk to Downtown.

My wife and I set off on our honeymoon and this was our first destination. We had booked our trip through a travel agent - when we got to the hotel, we found there was no reception but a code/keycard system to get in. Luckily people were already in the lobby, so they let us into the lounge area. As this was already late in Nashville (around 10am) we were not able to call our travel agents in the UK due to it being the middle of the night over there. We firstly called Sonder number listed on website and explained the situation - that we didn’t have a code to access or rooms and had not been provided any booking number info, but we could provide any other info required about our names, DOB etc for checking in. A rude woman on the phone told us she could do nothing to help us with our booking and we’d need to speak to our travel agent to get the booking reference. I explained to her several times that there would be no availability to do that for another 5 hours, so asked if she could check the system and we can provide other details for us to find the booking. This was also the same situation for 4 other couples who had also booked through travel agent and were sitting the in the lobby with cases, unable to access their rooms after a long flight from the UK. After over 2 hours of sitting in reception, and god knows and how many phone calls, we eventually got through to someone who would actually be of assistance and found our booking to help us access our room. Why did it so many people to speak with and so many phone calls for us to access the room when they could have done this several hours earlier? In the midst of all this, I actually went onto Booking.com to make a second booking directly ourselves, just so we could ensure we had a room for the night. Upon finally accessing our own room, I emailed them the details of the second booking to cancel and explained in detail what all had happened and how we had been treated. They said they cannot and will not refund the booking, meaning not only were we unable to access our room until after midnight, we were now also out of pocket. This experience put a massive damper on our first night of the honeymoon and took away what should have been a great first night in Nashville. I would recommend to avoid this hotel chain in future - they are extremely rude and unhelpful and would have left us stranded without a bed for the night if we didn’t keep persisting with phone calls to eventually find someone who would help.

Was visiting family in Nashville. I found the location close to almost everything there. Checked in was easier than I expected. I had no problems. The room was very clean and when I come back to Nashville. I will stay here again.

I would easily have been able to do a long term stay at this establishment. They had everything that would allow you to be able to cook your own food as well as enjoy the Germantown area of Nashville. We walked everywhere from here: to dinner, to downtown, to the distillery area. It was a great space.
