TownePlace Suites by Marriott White Hall

There are only two issues we had. First, When we walking into the room, it smelled like someone had just cooked Chinese food inside the room. Didn’t smell it in the hallway, just inside the room. Second, The TV didn’t work. Kept saying to auto select all channels. When I did, it would state no channels available. It was hooked to the internet but could never get the tv to work

The property was clean & quiet. The front workers not friendly. At checkout we weren't spoken to all she looked up & said checking out. Most locations I stay at ask about our stay or at least speak.

It was great except a day or two later my husband had red bites around his knees.

This is a nice hotel that is either newly built or newly renovated. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

The experience I received. I made a reservation for two rooms with an agency but when I called TownPlace, to verify the reservation it hand not been received per Ms. Tracie. I wanted to stay there because I had family that was booked at the hotel for a family reunion in the area. I called later in the day and per Ms Tracie the reservation still had not been received. Ms. Tracie was so patient with me. She checked the availability for the days I wanted to stay and rooms were available and to call her back if she could help with booking the rooms. The next day I called TownePlace with the booking agent and spoke with Ms. Tracie. She verified once again no rooms booked. I immediately called my financial institution. I them called the "patient", Ms. Tracie and she booked the rooms for me! Meeting her was very special and I let her know just how much my family and I were appreciative for her service. The rooms were just what we needed and the stay was very comforting. All thanks to Ms. Tracie and staff!!🤗

There wasn't antthing I didn't like.

Walls were thin, could hear talking and foot steps all night long.
