TownePlace Suites by Marriott White Hall

This was one of the best hotels i stayed in. We stayed 5 nights in May '25. Although it is new, it is well kept. The staff are friendly, personable and eager to help. Loved the maintance guy. Cleaning crew kept our trash dumped and our towels fresh. Breakfast was good. I usuallY dont eat conplimentary breakfasts, but this places breakfast looked appetizing. Very hard working staff....they take pride in their jobs.The front desk ladies were amazing. FIVE STARS!!! Thank you!!!

My stay was ok, subpar at best. When I arrived, after a 13 hour drive, I was informed that I couldn't check in, because it wasn't check in time, despite my reservations, and repeated calls to the hotel, updating them of the arrival time. After about a 15 minute wait, the error was cleared, me and my party could finally get into our rooms to relax. However, we did not receive our room keys until later in the day. The room was modern, but poorly cleaned. There was no room service offered, and the rooms were not cleaned daily by housekeeping.
