O sofá muito antigo, “encardido” e com cheiro de xixi (de cachorro?) tão forte que não dava pra ficar na sala.

"O Hotel Brisas do Lago é excelente, porém falta comunicação com a Alugueasy."

Qualidade do ambiente, limpeza e materiais.

Desorganização entre a Alugueasy e o hotel, falta de comunicação e agilidade. Esperei cerca de 40 minutos para pegar a chave. O hotel não tinha informação nenhuma minha, porque a anfitriã não tinha enviado nada ainda pra lá.
