Quality Inn & Suites Castle Rock/SW Denver

The only thing I would say was they called me to say they did not have a double queen room which we had booked, available so if we didn’t mind we we take a King and a sofa bed! I agreed to this but when we came to open the bed out it only had sheets on the bed so I asked at reception for a blanket and was given another sheet set so my daughter was a bit cold!

Easy and smooth check in. Room was clean and just as pictured. Staff were all friendly and approachable. No problems with the stay.

They did not have spare toothbrushes, even though the person I talked to knew they had run out before his previous shift. Bed was in terrible shape. If I shifted my weight, the entire bed shifted. Tons of noise from the floor above, even when they were just walking.

Good service nice clean room and friendly staff.

Don’t clean your rooms unless you request

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was friendly. The only thing I didnt like was no elevator, it made it hard to get everything to your room

The room was very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled.

Needed a room to stay while in Castle Rock visiting family. It was okay. Room wasn’t very clean. Floors were dirty like they weren’t swept or mopped in weeks. Probably will find another place next visit.

Surprised there was not a darkening shade as our room was on the east side. Staff very friendly.

It was a good stay
