Bathroom wasn't clean that much compared to hotel's age

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly.

The swimming pool usage restrictions were inconvenient, even though it was a weekday. I used the heated pool with my child, and my child contracted enteritis after using it.

The room was always kept very clean, and we are truly grateful for the kindness and thoughtful care shown toward our daughter throughout our stay. Because we were unsure how her condition might change, we initially booked just one night. Thankfully, everything went smoothly, and we were able to extend our stay to three nights without any issues. When we visited the Demeter buffet, the managers and chefs were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing our daughter to enjoy her meal comfortably. My teen daughter was anxious that others might look down on her or treat her unkindly. But instead, we experienced nothing but warmth and consideration. It was deeply touching. We would like to thank all the staff and the chefs. After completing her next round of chemotherapy in about a month, our daughter has already said she would love to stay here again. The in-room dining was excellent, and the Demeter buffet was absolutely delicious. The chefs were truly top-notch! Thank you so much for giving our family such a happy and unforgettable experience.
