My stay at the residence for more than a month was generally good enough except for parking issue especially on weekends. In fact, we stayed for 2yrs in a row and decided to stay again this coming summer but i had a very bad impression with someone who is in charge of a long term residence. She is very unresponsive and ignorant compared to previous mangers I dealt with. After dealing with her, I decided not to stay due to her sleazy attitude. I found a much better place in Seoul, “Sofitel Ambassador Residence” In a way I have to appreciate Chloe Choi for choosing this amazing place.

We stayed in this hotel diring our trip to Korea. The location is not nearby to main attraction but they provide shuttles. During our stay, we had a frightening experience when our daughter had an unexpected allergic reaction after eating the welcome cookies with labelled contain walnut given by hotel staff during check in. We unfortunately unaware of my daughter’s allergy then, so it was a very scary and stressful moment for our family. However, I would like to commend the hotel manager, Brian Han on duty that evening. He responded promptly and helped us arrange a Grab car immediately so we could rush to the hospital. . The following day, the hotel kindly offered us a meal to ensure the rest of our stay would be more comfortable. Overall, this experience showed us that the hotel staff are capable of handling emergencies well.
