Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Airport

Staff speak basic English. There are a few restaurants and small stores within a 2-minute walk. They provided a free shuttle to the airport at 2 AM. The room was great—nice and tidy. Wi-Fi worked well. Overall, a great stay.

Breakfast inadequate choices and not tasty. Staff cannot speak English even though it is a Hilton hotel chain. Expect to have staff to be able to speak English.

The room was nice, spacious and well equiped. The breakfast was nice, a lot of chinese dishes and traditional food.

The staff at the reception didn't speak a word of english, which is unacceptable in a hotel such as Hilton. The communication was extremly difficult and at the end we did not manage to get help and the information we wanted. Also, payment with google and apple pay was not possible, and we had to pay in cash. They did not have the option to exchange the money at the hotel, and because they don't speak english, they were not able to explain were to change the money to chinese currency, etc. The hotel is nice, but they need to work on their language skills.

Wifi service they don't cater to google apps or android phones. Most of the staff don't understand English had to use a translator most of the time otherwise friendly. You cannot buy or use sim cards for any google phones or accessories.
