Very eccellente room

The room was very big with comfy beds. The facilities were very good and clean.

The staff does not understand or speak good english. We were told the check out was at 2pm and at 12 there was a lady knocking on our door asking if we were leaving. The driver to the airport ignored completely our questions when we wanted to ensure we were going to the right terminal. The customer service has a lot to improve.

After a night flight from Vienna, I arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m., but the staff allowed me to rest until 14 hours. The room was great, the breakfast excellent. The transfer back as very convenient.

- the location is good. - the staff at the reception is good, all staff speaks english, and react fast, check in and check out no problem and also fast - the room as such is fine, layout, bed is comfortable, cleaning service is doing a good job too.

- restaurant staff speaks almost zero english - the choice of food during breakfast is absolute below every HILTON standard I am used to during my 12 years of traveling in China. The bread is partially hard as a stone. Staff in the restaurant react hectic... - I got a smoking room. As the hotel was fully booked, I even didn´t try to get another one. - over 200 USD for a room in this cathegory and breakfast, absolutely overpriced. - Gym extremely small, also not a standard for Hilton Hotels...
