The location, air-conditioning and overall condition!

Floors were dirty, pillow covers were stained and the master bedroom tub was draining very very slowly leading to water filling the tub while taking a shower.

The attached bathroom sink and the shower were clogged from day 1. I called the customer service and informed them but no one fixed it. It caused delays in starting the day for us.

A beautiful clean well appointed property. Would certainly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

hot water ran out during shower

Above average furnishings (except the beds), kitchen extremely well equipped other than super dull knives, above average linens, towels, etc. Absolutely perfectly clean.

They make you "register" by providing direct contact information outside of Booking.com, then spam you beginning within hours of checkout. They make dire warnings about parking in someone's else's spot, but when we reported someone parked in ours the said to call the police. I'm other words they were useless. The beds were either badly worn or very cheap and had saggy spots. One bed was a foldout, in a bedroom, which made no sense at all. The overall layout has some cramped and awkward corners. Our unit faced directly into a busy, noisy street - we could not enjoy the patio.
