The hotel is clean, safe, has very spacious rooms, serves great food for dinners & breakfasts. The team is great, especially Mr Muhhamed. The hotel is easy to find. They send a hotel representative to meet you & help with your luggage. They have a great terrace on the roof. Great place!

The tent on the roof should be made higher - guests may hit it with the head. It’s hanging too low. Not a complaint, but there is no wine or beer served at the riad, but you may get it nearby.

The location is great, you can go everywhere walking and taxi station is also around the riad,

For this price in Fes, you can fix the problem with the stinky bathroom. The smell was really strong. It got to the entire room.

Best location, great staff

The location is great and staff were friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast and tea. It is great that we were given a map with some tips upon arrival.

We could hear a lot of noise from our room. Staff does not communicate clearly. Below two examples: The Riad arranged a tour for us for 30 euros but this is not a guided tour. A driver took us to more remote places with nice views but he could not tell much about these places. In fact, he preferred to leave us alone because he would get in trouble if police saw him near us. It was an awkward experience. I do not recommend the tour. Upon arrival, we asked our host if paying by card is common and the answer was yes. However, nobody let us pay by card, not even the riad for our final check. The rooftop has a nice view but you can’t do much over there. There is no bar. Overall, the Riad is fine if you are just looking for an affordable room and will spend most of your time outdoors.
