Convenient location

They didn’t even have shower gel or shampoo! The place was much worse than the pictures. The living room on the second floor had a weird smell

Nice apartment, well located. Easy to reach by car and easy to park.

Spacious apartment with two bathrooms. Very clean and functional

The balconies were not usable. The pictures on the website are not reflecting the reality. Very rusty furnitures and a lot of pigeons' discharge. The bathroom upstairs is really tiny.

Central location next to the Archeological Museum and to the ferry terminal

Very rude staff, they won’t help with anything. Be aware that you cannot leave your luggage before check-in. We traveled the world and this is the only place that did not manage nor care to find a solution to keep the luggage for the guests in 2024. I also asked for advice and I have been told to google it. There was a water leak on the floor and they didn’t send anyone. Not recommended.

I did not like anything about this rental. It's location is poor, its access (steep narrow steps) is undesirable. I could not get the electricity or or the water turned on. Help was not available. It was not clean. Parking was a nightmare. I packed up my family and found a Hotel. I will not have my family sleep in this rental.

Close to port and city center. Very confortable for a family

The location was excellent for our plans: right around the corner from the Archaeological Museum and a short drive from the Palace of Knossos! Excellent space, each person had their own room. The full kitchen and washing machine were helpful as well.

The bathroom can get pretty steamy as the window did not open and there is a leak where the shower meets the wall that left a puddle of water on the floor. Luckily it is a quick clean and the bathroom floor does have a drain.
