A surcharge of 25 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 00:00 and 35 EUR after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Each guest will receive one set of towels and one set of clean sheets, upon arrival. Please note that for stays of 5 nights there will be a change of towels in the middle of the stay, and for stays of 8 nights there will be a full cleaning including change of sheets. One set of free toiletries will be provided to guests upon arrival. Please also note that this property does not feature a elevator. It is not recommended for people with limited mobility.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. The location is excellent, it is in a lively area but apartment is located in a quite street, the apartment has a real authentic feel to it, we had a lovely stay.

Very little noise insulation from apartment above, no air conditioning

Perfecte locatie!! Mooi apartement. Fijne omheving.

De eenpersoonsbedden kraken enorm. De voorzieningen zelf waren verder prima!

"Posizione e vista eccezionali"

La posizione dell’appartamento è eccezionale, a due passi sia dalla cattedrale che dal castello di Sao Jorge, e la vista davvero meravigliosa. Abbiamo visitato Lisbona sempre muovendoci a piedi (ad eccezione del quartiere di Belém, per cui serve spostarsi in macchina o con i mezzi). Non abbiamo incontrato il proprietario, che ci ha fornito però tutte le informazioni necessarie ad accedere. Arrivando in auto abbiamo parcheggiato in un silos a pagamento (20€ al giorno) che dista pochi minuti a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento al terzo piano, non c’è ascensore (come nella maggior parte degli alloggi del centro di Lisbona) ma le scale sono ampie e non particolarmente ripide.

Il secondo bagno è davvero piccino, dotato di wc, lavabo e doccia, ma non c’è spazio per appoggiare nulla. Benissimo per pochi giorni ma non molto comodo.

Byt mĕl autentickou atmosféru starého Lisabonu.Skvĕla lokalita, nic jsme nepostrádali. Dĕkujeme za čisté ručníky v průbĕhu pobytu.

Je třeba počítat s hlukem spojeným s projíždĕní tramvají.
