A surcharge of 25 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 00:00 and 35 EUR after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Each guest will receive one set of towels and one set of clean sheets, upon arrival. Please note that for stays of 5 nights there will be a change of towels in the middle of the stay, and for stays of 8 nights there will be a full cleaning including change of sheets. One set of free toiletries will be provided to guests upon arrival. Please also note that this property does not feature a elevator. It is not recommended for people with limited mobility.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
