Its location

1. The apartment had a very strong smell, especially in the kitchen. We stayed for two days but did not use the kitchen at all because of the odor. Perhaps it is due to the age of the building, but it felt like the place had not been lived in for a long time. The smell was so strong that we had to sleep with the windows open, even though it was very cold. 2. When we checked the bed, we found hair left by previous guests. 3. The shower hose in the small bathroom was leaking, which caused the water pressure to be very low. 4. The apartment faces the street, so it can be quite noisy. 5. The actual rooms look completely different from the photos posted online.

Great location and very comfortable. Marco was so helpful and friendly and an excellent attentive host who gave us lots of great information

Flat above is a little noisy but difficult to avoid with wooden floors in an old building

L appartement est tres bien situe pour visiter a pieds le Lisbonne historique. L equipe et en particulier Sonia, nous a tres bien accueilli et accompagne, avant, pendant et pour notre depart. La communication et la reactivite etait parfaite. Tout cela a contribue a notre super sejour a Lisbonne Merci ++++

Il faut uniquement noter que l appartement n est pas tres bien insonorise car il est ancien. Mais au final rien de grave car les habitants sont respectueux

le fait d'avoir appris après qu'il y avait 3 étages car mon mari a du mal à marcher Le fait de ne pas avoir d'endroit pour déposer des vêtements autres que ceux à pendre sur un cintre peut être un peu limite au niveau chauffage

Excellent location in a quiet area. Very clean and tidy

The stairs! But it is in an old building and we knew before we went. Kept us fit with hills of Lisbon as well!

The location of the apartment is 10/10. The Roman Theatre is right outside, the 28 tram at the bottom of the road and a 6 min walk to the castle. Nothing is very far, all within easy walking distance, yet the apartment is lovely and quiet to come back to after a day exploring. Customer service is brilliant. The company were in regular contact with me before we arrived and the lovely Marco met us on the day and showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us. We felt very safe. The apartment itself is very big and clean, with a well-appointed kitchen. We loved the high ceilings and the shutters. All in all this apartment offered great value for money and gave us a great base to be able to explore the city. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment itself is very tired and in need of updating. The plaster on the walls in the bathroom and living room especially needs painting and the broken heating panels should be replaced. There is only one sofa in the living room and a couple of chairs. The chairs aren't very comfortable to sit in all evening. For an apartment this size, another comfortable chair would've been appreciated. You can hear everything coming from the apartment above. It didn't bother us but if you're a light sleeper then bring some ear plugs. Overall we loved the apartment for its location and the overall value was good, however updating really is needed.

Location, clean and tidy.

The apartment was not like the picture. The heaters were there but ineffective. Similarly, wifi available but intermittent. Staff just said everything is fine, and took a bit of effort to get things sorted. The flat no doubt is good but managers need to think about customer convenience as well.

Tiene una ubicación perfecta en el barrio de Alfama. Muy luminoso y limpio.
