Loved the motel and we had a great time but our fridge leaked the entire stay. We had to throw out food we brought for our daughter. Had to keep our shoes on at all times to keep our feet dry and had to use the room towels to try and keep the floor dry. It

The room and facilities were clean! Check in and out was very easy, parking was available, it was quiet and a great stay! Convenient area

I stayed one night in the King Mango/Papaya room and really wanted to love this place, but I left disappointed, especially for the price. Pros: • The grounds are nicely landscaped and the pool area looks inviting. • The décor shows effort in trying to make the space stylish. Cons: • The mattress was sunken in the middle and uncomfortable, with rough linens and very thin pillows that made for a poor night’s sleep. • The blackout blinds didn’t fully block light, so the room stayed bright from streetlights. To make matters worse, the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night. • Very minimal in-room amenities — no noticeable Wi-Fi and only a small amount of coffee/tea. • The pool has no privacy from the active construction site right next door. Noise was an issue, and once building progresses it will likely be worse. Overall, this motel looks appealing at first glance, but the basics of comfort and value just aren’t there. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the money and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Room clean and comfortable. Very squeaky bed. Coffee and tea provided with fresh cream in refrigerator however coffee machine didn't work. Nearby Timmys got our business. Drinks by pool are overpriced. Good location.

Super disappointed. Wanted to love but we had to leave because it was very dirty and not up to any standard and we were promised a refund by the manager Melissa. They haven’t followed up. I called and was told to email them to remind them of the incident and never heard back, it has been over a month and a half!

Wanted to like the Kiwi Motel, but ended up being a case of “putting lipstick on a pig” so to speak. Just because you paint everything white, add beach design details and make it look good for the socials, doesn’t make it worth almost $500/night. The bed in room 1 was soft, squeaky and the duvet cover had a blood stain on it. The pool was 3/4 full and surrounding area looked like it was minimally maintained.

Very cute place, the pool area is nice. Staff very friendly. Attention to cleaning detail in the rooms is lacking (corners, baseboards) but otherwise nice.
