The rooms were exceptionally clean Really enjoyed our stay

The property and facilities were top notch. Very warm and inviting with lots of space for a small hotel. Special shout out to Melisa and Veronica. Melisa was the manager and Veronica ran the the pool bar. Veronica made us feel so welcome and treated us like family. Thanks so much for everything. We will absolutely see you again.

This motel was very conveniently located close to the Grand Bend strip. There was a plaza across the street that had an LCBO, Shoppers, and Sobeys that we could walk to. The staff were pleasant but the service wasn’t great. The Queen rooms were very small, and the layout was difficult to manoeuvre with luggage. Our room was very dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. We had to asked the front desk to fix it at least 3 times. The pool was broken for most of our stay and we stayed 3 nights. Overall, it’s very well decorated but I would skip this one.

We loved the Kiwi! Perfectly located, easy walk to grand bend beach. Super clean, cute pool - a mini "miami beach" vibe with sweet umbrellas and neon signs. Family friendly, walkable to grocery store. Highly recommend.

Amazing vibe

The vibe was cute and relaxed when we got there. Upon check in, the room cleanliness wasn't the greatest. There was hair on the bed and clumps of it under the bed. We also had to signal that we were missing towels and then wait for fresh towels to be cleaned. Also, we were provided a towel as a door mat as the one for our unit was hanging over the banister and wasn't even clean. Lastly, the door itself to the unit wouldn't close properly without stamming it into the door jam. The overall space was a cute and kitchy vibe but was grossly overpriced for the vibe it's trying to create. Was disappointed for all the tiktok hype for this cute little place.

I booked two nights but I had to leave a day early because my spouse ended up in the hospital. It was a lovely stay but cut short unexpectedly. There was nothing I could do to get money back for the second day which was unfortunate and the only reason my stay was “okay.” Otherwise the pool was great and staff was very lovely.

Cute little place but expected it to be cleaner and a bit nicer for the price.

We loved this cute motel right in grand bend ! It was super close to the main shopping and restaurants. It’s so cute! My only downfall is that it’s on a road that is sort of busy and next to some buildings that just doesn’t make it feel as quaint and quiet as you’d expect. Other than that, it’s wonderful!

A very clean modern room and washroom. Just a tad tight to get past end of bed under the mounted TV. Lovely property - lots of thought with the relaxed conversation and fire pit areas.
