The Yanné, Onsen Hotel

virkelig venligt og hjælpsom personale , deres spa varmt vands bassin var virkelig lækkert , værelser fint , eneste som trækker dette ophold ned er der var meget lyt så uanset hvor der blev trukket ud i toilettet i bygningen så larmet det helt vildt på værelset så umulig at sove længe. Det ligger lidt langt fra seværdigheder.

It has only the spa, I suggest to only book a spa.

Lack of restaurants near the hotel, signal was average for phone reception.

Not enough entertainment

Nice apartment but no upkeeping, Very dusty, smelly moist and damp. Not worth for the price. Carpark lift smelly & dirty. No signage & walk distance to hotel from parking basement. Hotel guest only allow one hour dipping in the hot spring. Overall not up to my expectations.

Comes with Onsen.

Throughout the stay, there’s basically a person working. The same person at the front desk as well as at the Onsen. The rooms were dusty I doubt they change the bedsheet daily. We experienced body itching as well as skin allergies on the first night. There were also fungus behind the sofa.

Friendly staff, clean room, spacious room bathroom, comfortable bed. The Onsen spring is very cosy, with several different tempratures to choose from is very suitable for cold climate.

The road leading to the hotel is winding, dark with no proper street lighting prone for accident. Hotel management should provide more staff for reception.

We booked this hotel for the Premium Onsen that came with it. We had an enjoyable time, but the water was not as hot as it should be. The staff apologised and said there was some issue with the pools.

Parking is free, a little bit far but still manageable to walk. Breakfast is not included with the hotel stay. You do get a 50% discount for a buffet breakfast at a nearby location (5mins walk).
